The Smiths on iTunes- it's a good day; do you agree?

Love the Smiths, can take or leave the scouse 4!

Maybe cos I'm a Manc' or maybe just cos they are the forth best band from Manchester.

al. :D

Would be great news if I didn't have all their stuff on CD and I-Tunes had it in better quality.

But otherwise? Maeh...

The smiths and morrisey always had me reaching for the prozac and razor blades

I know- isn't it cool.

I'm a fan of both the Beatles and The Smiths. However I fail to get the excitement as to both appearing on a download service. Maybe I'm getting old.

haha, no, it's a bit anti-climatic, but I see it as a well deserved recognition and appreciation...of sorts.

Me, I've got all their ( non compliation) albums on either LP or CD and all their 12" singles as well.
"I want the one I can't have...."

nice; I'm always looking to pick more up for my Smiths collection.
Found this exquisite set on ebay a year or two ago:
The-Smiths-Paper-Sleeve-Coll-400568.jpg

each cd is a replica of a vinyl, down to the interior dust sleeve. Thank goodness for the Japanese market. Also have another CD from the late 80's that was only released in Japan, with a great version of "Stop Me if you think you've heard this one before"

Speaking of Stop Me; the video is on Youtube and it's great, with cycling through the streets of Manchester all throughout the video:
