you can take as long as you want - we've had a bit of a break with the main cause of our woes being sold so that gives us a breather.

it means that it doesnt have to sell quite so quickly now.

That sounds like a great plan to me, so long as
a) it doesn't put the price up
b) it doesn't mean that you get all attached to it and won't let it go. Cleaning can be a very bonding - just look at chimps...
