The Firemountain that thinks it's a Lavadome

It's starting to come together, the wheels may get changed just put them on to move it outside.

Saying i've been in Kona mode today i thought i'd get some work on the Firedome done.
So tyres are changed over to some IRC Mythos's looks much better to me.
Picked a Chainset and used a Deore MT60 Biopace SG with black rings.
Swapped the pulleys on the Deore LX mech to green ones as a finishing touch.
And started to cable it up with green cables
just waiting on some new brake blocks and the brakes can be done then it'll be sorted and ready to go.
The more green stuff goes on it the more i love it

Quick update, the green brake pads turned up so there on and the front brake set up but not sure on the black noodle so ordered some green ones instead,need to sort out how to do the rear cable though. Do i go full length outer cable or add a cable guide at the seatube 
Don't like the look with those pedals so ordered some green toeclips and gonna go for some traditional style pedals.
Had a quick spin on it for a pint and v-brakes are so much better than cantilevers in my opinion,they stop
Riding position was a bit funny which was probably down to the forks probably having a different AC measurement so i might try a shorter stem. Anyone have some suggestions regarding that issue?

Quick update.
The green noodle doodles arrived with the toeclips so on they've went.
The green noodle looks much better and has calmed my retro ocd down lol
Different pedals and those green clips looks way better in my eyes and i've removed the bottle cage for a cleaner look. I wasn't happy with the look of the saddle it was comfy but to sofa looking so that's been swapped again.
Still not happy with the stem, it's a bit big so gonna swap it out for something a bit thinner and i'm thinking it now needs black wall tyres.
Other thing what's messing with my ocd is the seatclamp i think i'll swap the quick release for a bolt for a cleaner look.
