I sent him a message earlier, asking if he was alright, actually a little concerned for him as he comes accross as a great guy, and seems to be slowly sorting this tangled mess out.

didn't see this till now. :shock:

if i did, i would have spoken up on his behalf. he is EXTREMELY busy with work pulling in a lot of extra hours last i spoke with him a few weeks ago via email. of course no consolation to any/all that may be waiting items from him.

i've talked and dealt with him both sending and receiving stuff. he's at times a tad tardy with replies and/or mailing out stuff. but in the end he's always done no wrong to me and is a very helpful chap. i'll vouch for him and i am positive he'll do right for all.
