Well I've reached boiling point now, and asked politely for my money back by Midnight tonight.

I have found another set of wheels, exactly the same as the ones Roly promised me, and I need his refund to pay for them.

Had a polite email from Roly. Given information elsewhere on the site he has now finally sorted everybody out. As such will relock this thread.
