Drove past this at just the right time of day. Many motorists got stuck for hours. The Mrs got stuck for two hours and gave up...

I really like parts of the A14 . . but that part wouldn't have been met with favour if I'd been snared up in that :evil:

From my limited experiences of the A14, it's a good road when all is rosy, but that can change in the blink of an eye...... :roll: :roll: I can vouch for the chaos this would've caused :x :x

I drove down-and-up it a few times earlier in the year when they had the north bound carriageway completely closed off for renovation - Absolute chaos!!!

There were delays on the south-bound A1 near Biggleswade this morning. Horse box broken down in the inside lane. I am sure the traffic would have moved quicker if the young lady in the tightest hot-pants ever had stayed in the cab instead of walking up and down the verge. The rubber-neckers were having a lovely time.
