I've no idea who makes this ,from when etc,but it seems a good deal,

He says the wheels are 16 spoke xt but ive never seen xt hubs like that,[could be wrong,not often but.. ]
Arent machine tech hubs like that,

Best thing on the bike is the headset. Tamarac was a smallish Southern California builder. Height of fame was being included in the MBA elevated chainstay shootout in 1989.

I think shimano brought out those wheels 2003ish? Certainly there were road ones out about that time and I think the mtb ones were the same.
