I've just emailed my CV off with a daytime number included...
automated email response - ''We would like to thank you for the e-mail we recently received.
Although we may not have any vacancies at the moment, we do keep all the correspondence for a minimum of six months, and we will contact you if any suitable vacancy arises.''
about 20 mins later, phone starts ringing, imagination goes into overload: ''Mr Walker? My names Mandeep and we are ringing concerning...''
