Retro Newbie
I have a 1983 TSIssac hand built racer, mostly all campagnolo parts.

I had this bike built for me when I tried out for the 1984 LA Olympics (never got to training camp).

I do not know what size it is but I am (was) a 5 ' 7 " female weighing 140 pounds (10 stone).

I need to figure out how to post photos of the bike.

It is blue and yellow and it is a thing of beauty.

I am in Edinburgh.

Hi Karen, I've sent you a pm with my email address, if you can send me an email and attach images I will post them up for you

Here you are Karen, please let us know the groupset and whatever else is fitted to the bike
To measure the frame size take the measurement from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre of the top tube following the line of the seat tube

Also you need to put a price on or the post will be removed

That is just lovely - looks like Campag super record all through - pretty rare item - Isaac might only have built 500 frames according to one source & is a highly rated US builder. Deserves a very good price - it would be cherished in the US if you would courier it over there.
Get in touch with cycle art & see if they have a customer who might be interested, http://www.cyclart.com/
- if not stick it on ebay with worldwide shipping & it will go to the states or Japan. Your local bike shop would box it up for a few quid.
http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/Tim_Isaac.htm gives some history
with a couple more links in it.
Much too small for me I`m afraid - good luck with the sale!

Dear folks,

I have done a bit of research and now realise that my bike is worth more than I ever thought. I have been told that it would fetch between 800 - 1000 pounds. But, as with all things in life, except perhaps love and integrity, it is only worth what someone is offering. The bike means much to me and I'm not a greedy thing. I don't want to see it stripped.

I still need to do some measuring.

Thanks for looking out for me all those folk who sent me private messages.

Karen

Please, you've even taken pics of the bike and still post an Isaac as Issac

Sorry  loving the bike BTW
