It is a 19 1/2 " frame.
Yes it means a lot to me but so does space in the garage for the sea kayaking equipment which has superseded the bike which never gets ridden and just collects dust.

My TS Isaac has now been sold. It will be ridden on a John's End - Land O'Groats ride.
