Syncros Ti 27.2 post and 100-110mm stem

I'm starting a modern/retro build of a Ritchey p-29er. I've got a few NOS bits to go on it already and I need a long Ti post (I need 275mm from seat rails to minimum insert line) and I'm after a 0 or low rise stem (Syncros too, cattleprod or similar era) preferably in really good nick or NOS. I promise to post piccies once it starts to resemble a bike!!

I am down under, so please be willing to post to Australia

I'd stay clear of syncros ti if it's a modern rider. Mine came loose at the clamp to tube joint - just like a lot of this composite stuff does - had a set of onza ti bar ends go the same way.

A nice nitto/ritchey one would look good. Would love to see some pics!

I had a Syncros Ti post way back when on a Diamond Back/Ritchey Cr-mo bike and it was just magic, never had any probs with it then. I'll hopefully get one pretty close to new so it'll have some life left in it before it packs it in and I'll take zip ties with me just in case it falls off.

It's not a 1-inch threadless stem you're after is it? If so, there was one at the Bristol Bike Jumble on Saturday which didn't sell, and we told the guy to put it up for sale here. Will try to track him down if it's the right size.

ive got a syncros Ti from a GT xizang, but im unsure of the diameter. i know its too big for a hei hei so it must be 27.2 or larger. ill check.

if anyone can confirm a 97 xizang seat tube size it would be helpfull

Any more on the Xizang post? Diameter and length should be stamped on the post, below minimum insertion line.

I have a 27.2 Syncros Ti post which may be for sale shortly. PM me if you're interested and I'll let you have some pics etc
