Re:

Normally I'm too busy to do much posting. However, I am looking for a post for another member. RR suggested I post some pictures of my Syncros post.
Enjoy

Aha, the bar/stem combo makes an appearance. Very cool!

A hole was added on the 2nd generation to make it possible to attach your expensive seatpost to a cable lock.
Interesting, I wondered what that was for!

So when does the carbon post fit into the chronology?

is that a powerlite ti prototype??? even the crown looks different.

I recently got this fork from a former racer. He has been using ito for the last 20 years.
I was told the crown is from Manitou. The ti legs were in the testing stages when Syncros closed. I was told the legs internally butted. They are not tapered like the power lites. The drop outs are unchanged. The brake mounts was suppose to come AMP. Mines has went awol.

Nothing about my 2 odd seat post.

I have a first gen, but am missing the bottom seat clamp (the U piece). Anyone have one to sell? Also, I'd like to refinish mine. Any recommendations for paint?
