No but If plastic you could print some / have printed and paint if required. Probably resin print for finer finish.

They're made of super hard plastic, maybe nylon or some sort of polypropyline?
I drew up a flat schematic, if anyone wants to take a shot at making some, I have no cad or 3d skills.
Not sure how exact it is since the top of the plug got pretty worn when I was stripping the paint off the legs, but the rest should be good.

I can certainly model it for you and could print but it might be more expedient to find someone to print in Vancouver?

I'll try to get it modelled in the next week.
Is the internal bore at the top of the fork legs smooth/plain (No retention feature)?

Man that would be awesome, really appreciate it. Also probably a good general resource for others looking to make caps too.

Heres a bit more info:
The wall thickness is around 2mm, spit into 4 tabs, inner diameter is around 12.5mm.

Now modelled - some images below to show profile and section. modelled to given dimensions.

Retrobike won't allow me to upload the model files so I've saved to google drive folder available here:

I've saved in both STL and 3MF formats which should be good for printing. I've also added STEP file which is good if anyone ever needs to modify.
