Swap my Giant Anthem X frame for your steel / ti frame

Hi, apologies as this is way too modern for retrobike but I'm looking to swap my pretty minty 2012 Giant Anthem X frame (size M) with Fox RP23 shock for a decent steel or possibly ti hardtail frame size 17".
