is the inner diameter of the crown race 26.4 or 27.0mm? latter would be JIS size which has smaller cup skirts which would not fit most common frames.

thanks for the info. that's the standard 1" size (26.4 race and 30.2mm skirts) which should fit any "normal" frame except for some made in Japan (some Specializeds come to mind). should be fine for the Pace.

it's just because there are plenty of Suntour JIS head sets around.
