Nominal mileage. SUN Rims DS2-XC. Black spokes with chrome brass nipples. Totally true and unmarked. Hubs are OE Commencal branded but I do not know the origin. They were on a £1600 hardtail and knowing Commencal, they are not cheapo hubs. I would hasard a guess that they have cartridge bearings and the machining is pretty impressive. Considering the low weight and the rims, I would not be surprised if Ringle had something to do with the hubs, but I can't be sure. Still they are very very smooth running.
