[Suggestions] 1993 Raleigh Apex

I have a 1993 Raleigh Apex which I've had since new. It has had parts replaced and things over the years and, to be honest, I can't even remember exactly what is on it (it's stored at the folks house). So I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about what I could do with it, should I bother spending money on it, should I just flog it?

Ride it, restore, refurb, ride it but don't flog it, they ain't worth much these days and you'd get more pleasure riding something you've always had

I was thinking of doing it up for the other half. Do you know if there is anything to look out for with the Flexstem's?
