Stupid Bottom Bracket question

poweredbybikes, just check you shell size is 73mm (I don't know saracens) even though I did just give the '93 catalogue back.
Get a ruler and measure it's width (Actual shell, not the bottom bracket)

I did fluffy had to change the bb. In fact I have the one I took out right infront of me and that has 73 stamped into it.

funny how they would be two different sizes for frames in the same year. They are right next to each other in line up too.

you measured the frame itself ?

I'm sure we probably went through this in post
Some bike use wider, some don't. Surprised to see bike in a range mix and match though. If it works, it works.

Yup measured it as soon as i got it to see if it would fit my cranks, no it didnt . Took out a shimano bb-lp30, which looks mint but its a bit gritty feeling.

I haven't actually measured mine, I'll do that later and make sure but like poweredbypies, I took it out myself and it says 63
