STUMPJUMPER 1992??? decals and seatpost support

Hi, I just bought this bike yesterday, already disassembled and now some question:

steer is 1 inch,
what the size of the seatpost? it cames with a 27mm ritchey but my 27,2mm kalloy fit!!!??? I have to push a bit for the kalloy, but the ritchey seems thin

I want to repaint it ( this color is very nice, but many scratch, someone knows where I can find decals or someone have the files with decals style so that I can go in some shop and have them printed?

For this Stumpjumper, the 27.0 seatpost should be the right one... maybe they've reamed the seat tube :?: But 27.0 is the right one, I'm 100% sure.

I just bought a 1992 in purple just like shown above. The seatpost won't go in at all. I really don't want to force it though. There's plenty of grease so that's not the problem. The actual seat tube is spotless.
