Dibs on the Scapin please, pending one question: is the 22" top tube a virtual horizontal measurement or an actual?
I'm about 5"9 and normally ride a 17/18" frame but this looks like a slightly short top tube.

It's actual, but the top tube doesn't slope much so effective is only about 1/4" more.
