Stuck bottom bracket - Got the little bugger out.

Ive been puzzling this one for a few days now

Every day i have another little go. Check to see wiphich way the threads are going. Heave ho - and nothing happens.

Every night i douse it in a bit more plus gas.. Still it wont budge,

Yesterday i walked the streets looking for bits of steel scaffold tube.

Even asked the builders if i could borrow some from the top of their scaffolding next door.

Then finally the penny dropped. Clamp it onto an old door!

Errrr yes, i bought some antique pine ones now to replace them... My girlfriend is an architect and she said they had to go..





Little moments like this just make my day.

I love the little pedros bb tool clamp thingy too; that little beauty changed my life, never looked back.
