Strongest Hope C2 pads still in production?

I got some Hope C2s with Pro levers and 185mm discs refurbed and now want to use them among other things for some street trials. Based on a very old forum post somewhere else which said they work like an anchor I got red EBC pads but so far they don't the job that well, using the C2s as one-finger-brakes.

Does anyone know of some pads which are still in production which would do the job?
How are the organic ones Hope still produces?

EBC Red were always my go to or DH duties bitd. The C2 was never really designed as a one finger brake imho. Bags of power & modulation with 2 finger and reds..... Always found organics and green to be a bit meh tbh! never ridden street trials though, where I'd thought you'd want a bit more on/off... perhaps coke your rotors 🤷‍♂️😂

I used to use EBC reds on these as well. Back then this was the strongest combo available. Designed for DH, they worked best when up to temperature. Even then though they weren’t really used for trials. Most trials riders were using Magura hydro rim brakes for years after disc brakes came out. Your best bet might actually be standard organic pads, as these generally bite pretty well when cold but are prone to fade when really hot or get wet. Not sure you’ll be able to get them to do that instant wheel lock thing you’re looking for.
