** Stooge Scrambler **

Re: ** Stooge Scrambler 29er **

Love this!

Got a set of Milhouse bars on a 50mm stem on my Marin Team Ti; like you say, they don't feel wide at all coming from much narrower bars. The 'x0.44' magic number worked in my favour as well!

Cheers! 8)

Yeah, I’m loving the bars, only time they feel too wide is getting in and out the house!

Looks great, although for all the attention to detail it's been given, I'd be tempted to black-out the tyre logos as a final piece of the puzzle. Also, that front rotor seems overkill.

Took the Scrambler for a day out at Meavaig in Harris today, weather was lovely although only 2 degrees!

Took the track by the Eagle Observatory at Loch Scourst and on to Loch Bhoisimid where the track then hooks right and heads uphill. From there it was a hike-a-bike up to Loch Chleistir, at which point I about-turned.... what had been a steep and long walk up became a fun if rather sketchy descent, as the ground was hard, rutted, snowy and icy!

Here are a few pics from the ride.

Here's the route marked up in red to give an idea of where I was!

Those photos! And I envy you for such a beautiful place to ride!

Cheers Marco!

The downside of living on an island is that there aren’t that many trails to ride, so it can get a bit repetitive for the bigger rides, but for sure it’s a beautiful place. Mine was the only car in the car park yesterday and I didn’t see another soul, so I had the whole place to myself! 8)
