cold this winter. had a nice snow ride last sunday. right now weather is improving. hope spring is around the corner. muddy trails drive me nuts (yes, i'm spoiled).

i must admit i agree with inigo, i hate it when i see someone do a really good build thread or story of their bike then someone comes along (not always a newbie) and chucks in a picture of their unrestored badly maintained covered in rust/mud/mixed ano heap in an attempt to make their heap seem better because it is similar to your pride and joy in some way.

what to do about it though? mods deleting stuff that is not on topic for that thread? bit over the top i think, maybe just a hint by the original poster to remove/edit the offending pic/post etc if they feel that strongly about it.

I'd be loath to add new rules for people to ignore. Myself and the other mods do skim most of the posts but obv impossible to catch everything.

All I can suggest is that people drop me a PM if they feel their thread is being spammed and I will either remove the offending POS from it and/or point the user in the right direction.

can anyone tell me how much my bike is wurf?
