Stem restoration Dura Ace ax

I picked a frame and forks today which I found was fitted with a Dura Ace stem, it will be easy enough to refinish the aluminium but what can I do about the decal on the front please.

or pantographing which is rare these days..

there's a chap on facebook somewhere call "Phil the needle" he does pantographing

Thanks buddy, all bets off till I get it out. Now I know why it was left. Soaking in penetrating fluid, fingers crossed.
