Dura Ace, but which year?

Today, at a fancy fair, I came across a lime-colored 5-speed racer with only the letters "TV" on the frame under the saddle. It features a Zeus headset, Shimano Crane rear derailleur, and Dura Ace cranks. Does anyone know the brand of the frame? Additionally, on the right Dura Ace crank, there is "SH" (left=SA). Can anyone identify the year of build?
