Post this up on STW,i know theres a few Policemen on there,you might get some sound advice from them :?

if its not retro im not intrested anyway not sure its a good idea to talk about it on a public forum if its going to court.

1 year later, it managed to get to court. he was charged with battery and ended up getting £150 compensation £250 corurt cost and 2 years conditional bail whatever that means

both the witness and i was approched at work buy friends of the defendent to try and make us drop the case :roll:

thats pretty appalling.

conditional bail is where if he does anything in the next 2 years he's straight off to prison.

go round his house and punch him in the face - he wont hit you back this time!
