Steel CX Bike / Frame

Looking for a large steel CX frame or complete bike with a 57.5cm ish top tube.

Plan is for a single speed build so needs to have hozontal dropouts.

Don't mind if it's cosmetically challenged as long as its structurally sound.

Saw this frame on a Belgian/Dutch Auction site. Is this what you are loking for/

The size of the frame is: topttube 5 cm cc and seattube 59/60cm cc.
The seller writes the frame is repainted.
If interested I coul try to manage it.
