A colleague of mine went to Lefkas with Ssockwave and apparently his photo was used in some of the promotional stuff but he’s refusing to bring in the photos/evidence of his former hairline! Any photos would be appreciated

Bought my Cindercone from Sshockwave in '91. Visited regularly and spent far too much. Remember being awestruck by a pair of FS Manitous in the workshop.

Anyone got any photos of them Manitou FS bikes he had in his shop was around 1993 ? Think it was a pair bet it's them he had in the workshop you saw

Showing my age too. Remember them well. Covent Gdn Cycles also sold a lot of boutique and high end bikes bitd. That was a place to hang out, nice graffiti, village eye candy etc where did those days go ?

On the weekend of a Nemba at Catterick Garrison I drove down with a mate to their shop to test ride a Funk and Manitou. I chose the Funk but drooled over both of them and the mountain goat frame in the window. Happy days!

A couple of years later they were selling Kleins too, I ordered my Attitude from there with some tasty extras. I still have it in the back of the garage somewhere :)
