SRAM left hand 3 speed trigger shifter

As the title says really. Ideally an x4 but will take anything I can get just to build an old wreck up as a road bike.

Sorry I've already got the right hand shifter and it's 3x8 so literally looking for just a left hand shifter to match or at least be similar. It's a tatty old Saracen and already paid over the odds just to help someone out so just want to get it up and running.
