Shimano PD-M540 SPDs. Spin nicely. These are a fair bit lighter than the M520's and the bearings can be serviced and adjusted without needing a special tool. £13 posted SOLD

SRAM 11-26t 9-speed cassette. I think it's a PG950 - weighs a very respectable 228g. It's only been used on the road. £9 posted SOLD
