If the cops want to take it further all they have to do is ask the company for the taco of the offending lorry ... i.e you will have a time and date
So easy for them to ask the company for the where all there lorrys where at that time ... chuck out the ones not moving at that time ... then the ones moving at great speed and I bet you get down to one or two trucks
And the taco will have the driver name on it !
I do normally find HGV's are the best drivers and the worse seem to be white van twats and buses
