As you may, or may not be aware last year I was subject to a nasty assualt, leaving me with life threatening injuries & some long term memory/sight issues.

Rather than get consumed with anger & self pity I'm channeling my energy into helping those less fortuante than myself, so to start things off I'm taking part in a short cycle ride (just 38miles) on 20th June to raise money for my chosen charity, Breast Cancer Awareness. The ride goes from Bristol, to Clevedon & the returns to Bristol.
I'm aiming to raise at least £200.
