Mavic 217 Sup Rims.

Shimano XTR M950 Hubs

217 sunsets on standard shimano hub was 262mm front 3x. Erd 540

Cant give you a rear as it was a specially spaced hub. But you can probably now work that out...

That is a very good resource. I have used it lots of times and spoke lengths have always been spot on.

I've used the DT calculator online and it's always been bang on.
