Not claiming mint because the bike is 100% original and there are a few marks and bits of discolouration but they appear to be from storage, I'd be amazed if its been ridden more than a few times. The colour and splatterpaint white on blue paint job are as good as you'll find. It rides like new because it basically is.

I've cleaned it but have not renovated it at all. I figured i could replace rusted bolts with new etc. but they wouldn't be original and it would be better for the new owner to decide. Strangely the worst was on the spokes, which are now discoloured quite badly but it looks fine unless you look closely.

This approach does mean there's rust (more just discolouration really) to the cables and the rubber on the side walls has perished though the thread is still like new, as is the tread of the original Ritchey tyres, front and back. I'm 12 stone and I rode it home and would ride it as is, perhaps cautiously for a while - up to you whether you would.

This bike is VERY small. 14 inches from centre of BB to centre top tube (with seat tube rising a little higher). 37 inches from ground to top of saddle at full (official) extent of seat post. (Edit: pls see below, I am reliably informed that its actually a 17 inch as kona sizing is idiosyncratic). (second edit, see last post (13 July) for sizing update: probably 16") I'd keep it for a bit if it were bigger, its a great ride.

Only thing that doesnt match the catalogue available on here is the wheels: catalogue has exage 500 hubs and mistral rims and this has mistral front rim, araya rear, exage 500 rear hub, joytech front. However since both have original tyres and considering the general condition of the bike, I would be amazed if anything was replaced so I think it must have left the shop like that for some reason. (edit: this was correct set up, see below).

Now £180. Any sensible offer considered.

This isn't that small, as Kona size "centre to top" and they did three sizes below this, which is actually a Kona 17 inch. (They did 16 15 and 14)
The dropped top tube design, for more clearance, gives the impression of a small bike, but they had Long top tubes.
Rocky Mountain were even more extreme in this respect, I have a medium Blizzard, 23 inch top tube 17.5 size, but seat tube is only 13 ctc, it was all about manouvarability over technical and slow terrain, aka "North Shore" in BC.

Pics will definitely follow today but I can't upload from my phone and the computer's out of action. Daughter's laptop is the answer, when she gets home.
