splatter paint effect

getting a 96 kona cindercone next week and building a retromodern bike,but id love to have a splatter type paint job.has anybody else done this themselves and can you give me a few pointers,cheers

This is my old track bike (excuse the pic, best I could find at short notice.....) with a home made paint job.

White powder coat, then get some mad bright colours and a tooth brush and flick them over the frame. Let dry, then lacquer over!
