I had a colleague who bought a Specialized Allez through Halfords that was set up really badly.......I mean really badly.....nothing tightened up correctly and bits cross-threaded ect.......He took it in to a Specialized dealers in St Albans to get a proper Pre Delivery Inspection/service and they refused to touch it after he explained how he had purchased it
If he was expecting that for free, I'm not surprised. Why should a shop sort out a bike they didn't sell?
