Specialized - Direct Drive bottom bracket
Anyone know anything about me, other than my favourite pair of glove BiTD (some 3/4 finger grey ones) I know nothing about their stuff.
I now have a direct drive bottom bracket, though looking in the 93 and 94 catalogue it is not like them, they are the usual cups with locking both side of as per bikepro
http://www.bikepro.com/products/bottom_ ... spec.shtml
Mine had the name written in big letters (ID easy
) and the cups are externally wide Alu with two flat on them. The axle seem to have a large diameter 'cover' in the cup. Flat faced.
Hard to tell more as it's on the bike and the cranks are still on.
So year ?
Material (presumed Ti as that was mentioned in the sales)
Any good ?
etc..
They are smoother and spin for ever as though there is nothing stopping them, even better than my M900 which spin for ages.
You can see the cup in this picture (ignore the circles), they have littel holes in them
