Spacer Stuck on Freehub Problem

Finished building up my singlespeed, and took it out for first ride. Having bough a second hand rear wheel it turns out the spacers are wrong for my chainline. Being a 2 spacer kit, i wanted to swap the spacers round to get closer to proper line, but the inner spacer won't come off the hub body. Tried levering it with an allen key but it won't budge, and tears the aluminum spacer. There's fresh grease visible on it, but it seems locked solid.

Any ideas?

wonder if it's rotated a bit and got caught on the ridges on the freehub body?I imagine if it has rotated it will be in a forward direction, so perhaps try rotating back a little? Just a guess...

Is the spacer a small (2mm or so) one? Some freehub bodies do have a spacer pre fitted to them. They can be removed but need a bit of persuasion.

No, definitely one of a two piece kit. Looks like the a2z ones on ebay.

Sounds to me like it's corroded on there then. You may have to sacrifice the spacer to remove it. Single speed kits are fairly common now and not too expensive.
