For 25.4mm bars.
1 1/8" steerer.
Colour, anything considered but would prefer it not to be silver.
Price, cheaper the better or I have an Easton Vice (80mm, 25.4mm bars, 1 1/8" steerer) I would swap for a stem of the same value +/- a few £'s.
