Seller is insistent it’s a 21” frame but I sent him photos of how to measure c-c top tube and he came back with 22.
Seat tube is apparently 23” but god knows where that is being measured from and I think he might murder me if I keep pestering him.

I’d take it if it was a 22 inch square but I don’t particularly want to make the 3-4hr round trip to find out it’s got a 57cm seat tube. I’ve just finished my summer job so have the time but it’s really not ideal… somebody please buy it Soooo I don’t have to!

I’m in Manchester but not central/correct train lines
So it’s dragging someone else into giving me a lift for the 1.5hr drive or taking the train with all the giblets in between switching lines and getting from mine to the train etc

22” max for me I really don’t want to be going bigger than that but finding a 21.5” seeming to be quite hard

The photographic description of this Orbit bike reminds me of playing " spot the ball " on the pools coupon . There is no square on level photo from which you can estimate / guess the size of the bike . Looks like a decent bike for the money though .

Tempting but sending a frame is bad enough without adding in wheels and a groupset in there too whereabouts are you located?

So I've been out & measured up my Orbit tourer from the same era- with 531 tubes & cantilever brakes. I'd say it's the next size up - It's approx 56.5cm CTC seat tube. The head tube is 15.5 cm- see pics. You can ask the seller to measure the Head Tube- there's less scope there for getting it wrong. If it's 15cm or more, leave it. If it's 14 cm or so you'd be i with a better bet if getting the right size for you...
