Some old mass prod. scrap

I bought the Zaskar in a 30%built-up (rather neglected) state, as an impulse buy, it's from '91, U-brake model, with original 3D forks built with long 3-stage dropouts.

The 3D forks are from '92, the 1991 model came with 2x4s.

Frame number reads 1991.06. so as it came with BB UN70 bottom bracket, GT aheadset/stem/handlebars & M095 Rapidfire stuff, I suspect it was built up from scratch (sold as a leftover frame only) sometime during 1992, hence the 3D forks and the '92 model year shifters (maybe late '91).

Anyway, I must correct my previous reply to Mr. LGF, 'cause the Stumpy is only "designed in USA", not was made there, but couldn't find any stickers regarding Taiwan, but obviously it was either made there or in Japan.

So dear Specz. experts outtathere, could you enlighten me about this, please? :D
