Frame and forks have no rust but there are several spots that have been tipped with some corrosion protector. Only superficial, nothing to worry about. But no concours condition.

m interesting choice of sizing is it bespoke or am i missing something along the lines of handling ?

Hi, since Brands built bikes on personal order it must have been a custom sizing specifically for the original owner
