SOLD 27" Solid/air pocket puncture proof 'Green' tyres

Pair of 27x 11/4 puncture proof tyres. One in very good condition, the other is a cracking a bit and has a puncture hole. Still useable though.
These have two para cord type cores running on the inside to add rigidity when fitted and they do fit very tightly indeed. There is some cushioning due to the extremely small air pockets, as they are so small it renders the tyres puncture proof.
They're about 450g each so not light but then again no tube to add & still a lot less than a pair of Marathon plus's...lol

They'll come folded in a bag via 2nd class mail £5 collected £8 posted

I think I vaguely remember these. What sort of era are they?

They're a few years old, actually The Green tyre website is still up & running, I don't know if you buy them direct or through a retailer?
I'll knock the price down to £5 plus £3 post as one of them is cracking a bit and has a puncture hole that I seemed to miss
What I thought was a steel core is in actual fact something akin to para cord.

You're hardly likely to sell an item on someone else's thread that is totally unrelated to the original post??? Surely it would make sense to start a thread of your own with specifics. :?

I remember these now. My dad had a pair on his commuter back in the 80's I think, which makes them to new for what I intended them for so I'm out.
