SLR 2/6mm Brake Cables - XTR Grey

I got my hands on some genuine Shimano 2mm inner brake cables, I've been looking for outers, ferrules and end caps to suit, but I can't find any reference anywhere for XTR outers and plastic ferrules, let alone any for sale. It's like they never existed!! Does anyone know where I might find some?

I think it pre-dates XTR, the 2.0mm cables were first gen Deore XT (M730).

Saying that, I have some NOS Specialized grey outer for 2.0mm cables.

The original ones on the bike that I'm restoring were 100% labelled XTR SLR Rod_Saetan, I've literally never seen another set, maybe that will change soon?!
