Sithlord. Parts & money owed.

I hope everything works out OK with Sithlord and people receiving their goods, I am sure it must be a life threatening illness for there to be zero contact with anyone who is owed, to that he has my overwhelming sympathy, that, or the other option is he is a dishonest cheat.

Laughable the talk of him suing anyone, in this context, would love to see him try, feel free to give me a go!

Of course, we do not have the full story about why anyone has been banned, but this guys risible legal threats last time he was caught out, and the fact that this is a replay of a situation which has happened more than once before - jeez, what does he have to do to get a red card :roll:

Make of it what you will, but last time he went missing due to 'illness' and was unable to make contact with members here, he was participating in another forum and showing photos of his new builds being ridden in woodland some distance from his house- certainly further than the telephone or his computor. When I mentioned that on this very forum he was round to my workshop shouting and bawling and threatening legal action.

Ahhh I see. Well enough to go round to other peoples places and shout at them but not enough to go to a post office and post what people have paid for or tap a few keys and issue a refund.

On another note, his reputation amongst the local riders around these parts is hardly sparkling.

That said, I do hope all is well with him and he sorts everyone out and provides a reasonable explination for his actions.

Finally I'd like to request that no one else asks me to pop round or provide his address. I've been threatened with legal action before and ultimately it's nothing to do with me. You've been warned in the past and trading with him was your own decision. Sorry, but that's now your problem, not mine or the owner of this site.

Is he still posting on the other forum this time, or do they have any explanation/ problems.
It would be interesting to see what kind of legal action is even an option.
I suspect this is a dead stick now anyway.
