Single Speed Bottom Bracket Length?

I am converting 1996 Peugeot hybrid to a single speed. The specs are:

700c wheels
MAVIC cassette with Halo Fat Foot sprocket 17t
68mm bb shell
Campagnolo Chorus Cranks (172.5) with 43t ring on the outside.

Would a 111mm axle length be about right?

If you want to mount the sprocket on the outside of the chainset you'll want a short bb axle, but the halo sprocket gives plenty of chainline adjustment, so if you have a 111 to hand, try it, it might work.

Chorus cranks (and you need to say what year) typically took a 102mm bottom bracket. You won't find a shorter one.
