I'm thinking late model or a new Ti Delux Guv. An IF is one of the few itches left to scratch. I also find that I don't have a fast, light XC bike on the fleet after the cull. I'm thinking rigid forks and probably SS or 8/9 speed.

Have to agree that the Ti above doesn't quite look right with those forks. It could be the angle the pic was taken at though??[/quote]

What about the Cotic Soul in your sig? Not doing it for you?

The Cotic has become a little burly over the last six months. My favourite local riding spot smashes bikes and bones to a pulp. Its now running Magura Thors, All Mountain wheels and big 2.4 tyres, bashguard and chain device etc. It's fantastic in what it now does and really takes a beating, but now lacks that springy light and floaty zap that a lighter bike gives you when riding easier trails. I want something lighter and more nimble. Plus its an excuse to build another bike up.

Velvet carpet indeed... next you'll be telling me there's an IF Owners Clublounge...

Ta Si, :D

I'm waiting for IF to get back to me about some replacement decals as the ones on the downtube are pretty tatty now, (it wasn't clear coated after the last paintjob) but apart from the initial reply a few weeks back I've heard zip from them. :( I've bombarded them with emails as I'm impatient about sorting it.

As soon as I get the decals they'll be applied, clear coated over and then I can get the thing rebuilt for this Summer and give the Moots Rigor ss a rest. :D

Pic of that all important sterling silver headbadge. *joke*
