hi all

is it just me or when you become a regular customer at crc do they seem to stop rushing orders out to you?i consider my self a good customer of theirs and buy most of my things there but the last few months i have noticed that they seem to have got alittle slack,when i first started buying there i used to get the your item has been shiped email the same day and i reaceved the item next day nine times out of ten,and even though i always put my orders in before 2pm i dont get the item shipped email till day after now and god no's when the item will turn up after that,i also bought a new jacket 2 weeks ago and payed for next day delivery and it didnt turn up till 2 days after,i got the postage payment back but its not the point.

No always the same for me. Been buying from them for 3 years. normally takes 3 or 4 days

If you're not happy. . . . tell 'em.

Utilise a little diplomacy and tact and tell them about their apparent slackness.

i don't think it's if you're a regular or not. I think since they got (even) more huge the postage that used to arrive next day, now seems to take two or more.

They are a superb operation, but have got more sloppy with growth IMO.
