shipping frame UK ---> NL

Dear people,

I do regularly ship from NL to UK, but what if a frame kit has to send from UK into Holland??? The package:

Weight: probably somewhere between 5-10kg
Measurements box: 120x20x60cm

For Holland to UK this would imply 25 euro through our post (TNT). I checked Royal Mail and it looks like the box is too big for what they allow. What are the options?

the length of the box is the problem (£10kg is 60 pounds with interparcel). if you can make the box 90cm (or accidentally measure it at 90cm - they have never checked my stuff!) then there is a 3-5 day service for £20 plus vat
